  1. Are there any hidden fees?
    No, there are no hidden fees or charges. All costs are displayed on our website.

  2. Can I pay automatically?
    Yes, you can choose the autorebilling option where your account is debited as the payment is required. This is usually done when you first sign up and 14 days before your hosting is due to expire. Notifications will be provided when the payment is due to be automatically debited.

  3. Changing the payment method
    To change the payment method and to cancel auto-rebill call support on 1300 555 900 or alternatively when you receive a 30 day renewal notice email you can click on the link provided and turn off the auto rebill.

  7. How do I pay my account?
    You can choose to have the payment automatically taken out or you can pay manually by sending us a Cheque, Money Order or paying by Amex.

  8. How do I renew my account?
    You will be notified 30 days before your account is due to expire. Host1 will automatically renew your hosting service, and 14 days prior to expiry of such service shall rebill a customer's credit card, where credit card details have been provided.

    This can be done online through the plan section under 'account' in your control panel. Account changes made through the control panel are effective immediately.Please note that there will be a pro-rated amount on your bill till the end of the account period....

    If you believe that your account has been confirmed and approved and you have not yet received your welcome email please check your Junk Mail folder to ensure that the email has not been placed in there. If the email is not there please contact our support on 1300 555 900.

  14. What happens if I don't pay my account?
    Your account will be suspended if you do not renew your account before it's expiry date. This means that your website will be offline and your email accounts will no longer work.

    You will be sent reminder notices 30 and 15 days prior to your account expiring.

  17. What would I do if my account/website is suspended?
    In some occasions Host1 may suspend your hosting account. There are a few issues that may cause your hosting account and thus your web site to be suspended. Majority of the time the account suspension may be lifted if the cause of the suspension is addressed, unless you repeatedly abuse the servers....

  18. Why has my credit card payment been refused?
    There could be numerous reasons why your credit card has been declined.
    Your credit card may be expired or you may have reached your limit on the credit card, restricting you from making further purchases.
    Please ensure that you have entered the correct details of your credit card.
