  2. Can I use any ADSL modem with your service?
    Yes, you can use any ADSL modem that will work by Australian standards.Note that we use and prefer Netcomm modems. We do not support the configuration of any other type of modem.

    Yes, ADSL is available only on an existing phoneline which you still pay through your telecommunications provider as per normal.

    Go to https://ctl.cia.com.au/ and login using your username and password.Once you are in the Control Panel, click on the Folder labelled Email in the left-hand column.

    You are free to change to a different plan of the same connection speed. If you are changing to a plan with a different speed however, there is a service fee of $48 plus GST. Simply email accounts@cia.com.au with your details.
